Activities performed:   Preparation of topological survey map, geotechnical investigation, master plan for architectural with town planning concepts as per MCI guidelines, preparation of master plan of infrastructure (i.e. sewerage, drainage, water supply, electricity, land development, waste disposal system, storm water, communication, road network ect, preparation of working drawing for infrastructure, BOQ and estimate of the project, inputs on techno commercial due diligence, inputs for preparation of RPF, schedule to draft contract and PIM.
